Terms governing the use of Kaleske, including accounts, service requests, bookings, reservations, payments, customer responsibilities, third-party providers and the general service framework.
General Terms and Acceptance
By accessing Kaleske, creating an account, browsing the platform, submitting a service request, making a reservation or using other available features, the user agrees to the terms and conditions applicable to that use or service.
Kaleske provides information and facilitates access to services related to Armenia, including tours, accommodation, events and other services made available through the platform. Some services may be provided directly by Kaleske, while others may involve identified third-party providers.
Service-specific conditions, including price, availability, capacity, cancellation rules and other material terms, may be displayed separately on the relevant service, offer, reservation or payment page and form part of the applicable transaction conditions.
Kaleske may update these Terms when services, operational processes, security requirements or applicable legal and commercial conditions change. The effective version is the version published with the applicable effective date.
Nature of Kaleske Services
The role of Kaleske may differ depending on the service. Kaleske may provide a service directly, manage a request or reservation, facilitate communication or act as an intermediary between the customer and an identified third-party provider.
Submitting a request does not always create an immediately confirmed reservation or purchase. Some services require an availability check, price confirmation, provider approval or manual review before they become final.
Availability, prices, schedules, routes, opening hours and other operational information may change over time. Where information is time-sensitive, customers should review the latest information provided for the relevant service before making a final decision.
User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and complete personal, contact, guest, passenger, reservation and other information required to provide the requested service.
Travelers remain responsible for checking passport validity, visas, permits, border requirements, travel documentation and other legal requirements applicable to their individual circumstances and travel dates.
Users must not submit false requests, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, misuse other users' information or use Kaleske for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Kaleske may restrict access to an account or service where misuse, fraud, security risk or a serious violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
Bookings, Reservations and Payments
A request or reservation that requires manual confirmation is not guaranteed until availability and the applicable conditions have been confirmed.
Where payment is required, the final amount and currency should be shown before the customer proceeds. A booking may also require successful payment verification before it is considered confirmed.
A browser redirect or payment-page message alone does not conclusively confirm successful payment. Payment status is determined through the applicable payment verification process.
Customers should not repeat a payment while an earlier payment attempt remains pending or its final status is unknown. Suspected duplicate or incorrect payments should be reported through official Kaleske support.
Third-Party Providers
Some tours, accommodation, events, transport services or other services available through Kaleske may be provided by independent operators, property owners, organizers or other third parties.
Where a third-party provider is responsible for fulfilment, that provider remains responsible for the obligations allocated to it under the applicable service conditions. Kaleske remains responsible for the functions it expressly undertakes.
A third-party provider's schedule, availability, venue rules, property rules, operational decisions or other independent conditions may change and can affect the relevant service.
Scope of Kaleske Responsibility
Kaleske aims to provide a clear and reliable platform for accessing services and practical information related to Armenia.
Kaleske is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the user, missing travel documents, failure to comply with entry requirements, late arrival or other circumstances within the user's responsibility.
Certain disruptions may result from circumstances outside reasonable control, including government restrictions, border closures, severe weather, transport disruption, infrastructure failures or changes imposed by independent service providers.
Where such circumstances affect a service, the available options are reviewed according to the applicable booking conditions, cancellation rules and mandatory legal requirements.
Security and Sensitive Information
Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials and should report suspected unauthorized access through an official Kaleske support channel.
Kaleske does not ask users to send full card numbers, CVV or CVC codes, card passwords or one-time banking passwords through email, WhatsApp, Telegram or customer support messages.
Sensitive card information should be entered only within the secure environment of the bank or authorized payment provider used for the relevant transaction.
Intellectual Property and Content Use
The Kaleske brand, software, original text, page structure, guides, visual materials and other proprietary platform content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.
Users may access public content for personal and ordinary use, but unauthorized commercial reproduction, systematic extraction, redistribution or misleading use of Kaleske content or branding is prohibited.
Modification, Suspension or Termination of Services
Kaleske may modify, replace, limit, suspend or discontinue parts of the platform or specific services for technical, operational, security, commercial or legal reasons.
Access may also be temporarily or permanently restricted where user activity creates a security risk, disrupts services, involves fraud or violates applicable laws or platform rules.
