Transaction-Specific Terms Are Shown Before Confirmation

These policies provide the general framework for using Kaleske. Variable details such as the final price, availability or capacity, responsible service provider, cancellation conditions, payment deadline and other service-specific terms are shown with the relevant offer, order or before final payment and confirmation.

Submitting a Purchase Request Does Not Confirm an Order or Payment

For products or services that require availability, pricing or delivery confirmation, submitting a request only starts the review process. No purchase or reservation is considered final until the applicable terms, final amount and payment method have been confirmed and any required payment has been successfully verified.

Controller and scope

The controller for personal data covered by this policy is ANQ.am Limited Liability Company at its registered office Հայաստան, ԵՐԵՎԱՆ, ՆՈՐ ՆՈՐՔ, ՎԻԼՆՅՈՒՍԻ Փ., Շ 4/1, Բն. 24 ԲՆ., 0059, unless another controller is clearly identified when data is collected. Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].

This policy covers Kaleske.com users, account holders, travellers, guests, tour or accommodation applicants, event or transport ticket purchasers, and people who communicate with Kaleske support. If a supplier independently determines the purposes and means of its processing, that supplier's policy also applies to its processing.

Categories and collection

Depending on the service, we may process name, telephone number, email, account information, travel or stay dates, guest details, information needed for a reservation or ticket, correspondence, order and payment details, preferences, device and browser data, IP address, security events and site-usage information. Identity documents or sensitive data are requested only where genuinely necessary for a service or legal duty.

Information is normally obtained directly from the individual or an authorised representative, another participant in a group booking, the relevant supplier, or a public source where legally permitted. Information required to provide a service is distinguished from optional information.

Purposes and legal grounds

Personal data is used to create and manage accounts, answer enquiries, check availability and price, form and perform reservations or contracts, issue or coordinate tickets, receive and reconcile payments, provide support, handle complaints, maintain security, prevent fraud, meet accounting and legal duties, and protect legal rights. Depending on the activity, processing is based on contract performance, pre-contract steps requested by the user, legal obligation, valid consent or a proportionate legitimate interest.

Marketing is optional and, where consent is required, is sent only after consent. A user may opt out for the future. Data is not used for a new incompatible purpose without an appropriate legal basis and notice.

Sharing and international transfers

Personal data is shared only as necessary with the supplier of the requested service, accommodation host or owner, event organiser, carrier, payment provider, hosting or infrastructure provider, professional adviser or competent authority. Kaleske does not sell personal data as a commodity.

Where a service requires data to be transferred outside Armenia, the transfer is handled subject to applicable data-protection requirements, the necessary legal basis, and appropriate contractual, technical or organisational safeguards.

Retention, security and incidents

Kaleske's retention schedule is: account data while the account is active and normally for no more than 3 years after closure; order, booking, payment and accounting records normally for up to 5 years after the transaction or longer where required by law; support and complaint records normally for up to 3 years after the case closes; technical and security logs normally for up to 12 months unless needed for an incident investigation or legal claim; marketing-consent records until withdrawal and for a period needed to demonstrate the consent. Identity or travel documents are not retained longer than needed for the service or a legal obligation.

Proportionate technical controls, access restrictions, organisational measures and contractual safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, loss or use. Security incidents are investigated and contained, and the competent authority or affected individuals are notified without undue delay where required by law.

Individual rights and children

As provided by law, an individual may obtain information about processing, request access, correction, blocking or deletion of unlawful or unnecessary data, withdraw consent for the future, and complain to a competent authority. Proportionate identity verification may be required to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person.

Creating an account and placing a purchase or reservation must be done by a person with legal capacity or an authorised representative. A child's information is collected only as needed for travel, accommodation, ticketing or a related service and is normally provided by a parent, guardian or authorised adult. Kaleske does not knowingly use children's data for behavioural advertising.

Contact, complaints and changes

Send privacy requests and data-related complaints to [email protected]. An individual may also apply to Armenia's competent personal-data protection authority or a competent court as provided by law. A material change to this policy is announced appropriately before it applies, and fresh consent is obtained where a new consent is legally required.
