Meaning and scope
A cookie or similar technology is a small item of information used to remember a choice, maintain a session, measure use or provide a defined feature. This policy applies across the covered surfaces. The actual list must be completed at the cookie inventory in this policy with name, provider, purpose and duration.
Categories
Strictly necessary technologies used for security, sign-in, the shopping basket, payment settings and recording privacy choices do not depend on optional consent, but are used only as necessary. Preference, audience measurement, personalisation and advertising are separate categories and must not be enabled by default where consent is required.

Consent and controls
On the first visit, a user can separately accept or reject optional categories, and a 'reject all optional' choice must be as accessible as acceptance. Continuing to browse alone is not consent. A choice may be changed or withdrawn at any time through /cookie-policy#settings; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful use.
Duration and third parties
A session item expires when the session ends; a persistent item remains only for the period stated in the inventory. Duration must be proportionate and minimised. A third-party item is enabled only after identifying the provider, linking its policy, explaining the purpose and possible processing country, and obtaining consent where required.
Browser choices and service effects
A user may also delete or block items through browser settings. Blocking a strictly necessary item may affect sign-in, the basket or payment; rejecting an optional item must not prevent access to the core service unless it is genuinely required for a requested feature and that effect is clearly explained.
Contact and changes
Questions may be sent to [email protected]. A material change to a category, purpose or third party is announced before activation, and fresh consent is obtained if the earlier choice does not cover it. The version and review date are displayed on this page.
