Service and outcomes
Kaleske organizes documents and reviews requirements. Goethe Yerevan supports automated monitoring and form completion; other providers currently use operator assistance. Availability, registration, exam outcomes and visas are not guaranteed.
Quotes and payment
A review comes first. Your quote separates our service fee, scope, validity and official provider fees. Execution starts after acceptance. Cancellation and refund conditions must be stated in the quote; ask before accepting if unclear. Official payments are separate and require the cardholder’s authorization. We do not collect card numbers, CVV or official-account passwords.
Authority and accuracy
Provide accurate applicant information. You need permission to submit another person’s documents. Creating a case does not authorize a card charge or create regulated immigration representation. Each provider’s personal-account and representation requirements are reviewed separately.
Privacy and access
Identity details and uploaded files in the application portal are encrypted in the database using AES-256-GCM. Access requires the owner’s login or an operator with user-management permission. Connecting a Goethe case copies the necessary profile and passport image into the private Goethe service. Provider transfers are limited to the accepted service. Telegram notices include only case code, service and a panel link.
Retention and deletion
Profiles without active cases can be deleted with their documents in the portal. If linked to Goethe, an operator must review and remove copies in both services; request this through case messages or support. Accounting requirements, provider obligations and backup copies may require separate review. We do not promise deletion from third-party systems.
Provider restrictions
We do not sell appointments, bypass waiting lists or CAPTCHA, or create duplicate applicant accounts. ETS restricts people ordinarily resident in Iran: TOEFL/GRE requests in this situation are accepted for eligibility guidance only. No official affiliation is claimed without an applicable agreement.
Follow-up and support
Read status updates and messages in the portal. Early review and quoted cases can be cancelled directly; after approval and execution, ask the operator about changes or cancellation. A Telegram operator alert does not establish successful payment or registration; an official reference must be checked.
