Transaction-Specific Terms Are Shown Before Confirmation

These policies provide the general framework for using Kaleske. Variable details such as the final price, availability or capacity, responsible service provider, cancellation conditions, payment deadline and other service-specific terms are shown with the relevant offer, order or before final payment and confirmation.

Submitting a Purchase Request Does Not Confirm an Order or Payment

For products or services that require availability, pricing or delivery confirmation, submitting a request only starts the review process. No purchase or reservation is considered final until the applicable terms, final amount and payment method have been confirmed and any required payment has been successfully verified.

1

Scope and roles

Kaleske is a commercial brand and digital platform operated by ANQ.am Limited Liability Company and is not a separate legal entity. This policy applies only to Kaleske.com and services offered under the Kaleske brand on that domain.

This policy applies to users, travellers, guests, companions and people interacting with staff or service providers in connection with a Kaleske tour, accommodation, event, ticket or other service. Each provider is responsible for premises and activities under its control, while Kaleske is responsible for warnings, coordination and action it accepts within its role.

2

Essential information and contract formation

Before a final commitment is created, the service description, responsible party, amount and currency, mandatory charges, performance date or period, material restrictions, and cancellation or refund rules are shown or recorded in the order confirmation. Submitting a form, message or enquiry alone does not create a confirmed booking, purchase or contract.

Threats, violence, harassment, discrimination, unwanted sexual conduct, theft, deliberate damage, unlawful possession or use of prohibited substances or weapons, dangerous disruption, and deliberate disregard of reasonable safety directions are prohibited. Accessibility or safety-critical needs should be disclosed only as necessary and with respect for privacy.

3

Performance and customer responsibilities

Users and providers must honestly provide information needed for safe performance and follow reasonable and lawful safety directions.

In immediate danger, local emergency services should be contacted first and the matter should then be reported to [email protected] if it is safe to do so. A report should, where possible, include time, place, incident description, involved persons and available evidence. Kaleske acts within its role to support safety, preserve relevant evidence and cooperate lawfully.

4

Changes, cancellation and refunds

For immediate risk or a serious breach, access to a service, venue or account may be temporarily restricted. A measure must be proportionate to the risk, as temporary as reasonably possible and no broader than necessary.

A safety decision does not by itself remove mandatory refund or compensation rights; any financial consequence is reviewed under the service terms, actual responsibility and applicable law.

5

Third parties, liability and mandatory rights

Responsibility follows each party's actual role, control over the premises or activity, and the law. This policy does not remove the responsibility of an offender, service provider or Kaleske where the law imposes it.

Cooperation with police, medical services, border authorities, organisers or other competent bodies is limited to what is necessary and lawful.

6

Complaints, governing law and language

Send a complaint to [email protected] with the order or tracking number, a clear description, relevant evidence and the requested remedy. Kaleske's target is to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. A complex matter may take longer with notice and reasons. The laws of the Republic of Armenia govern without removing any mandatory right or jurisdiction required by law.
