Transaction-Specific Terms Are Shown Before Confirmation

These policies provide the general framework for using Kaleske. Variable details such as the final price, availability or capacity, responsible service provider, cancellation conditions, payment deadline and other service-specific terms are shown with the relevant offer, order or before final payment and confirmation.

Submitting a Purchase Request Does Not Confirm an Order or Payment

For products or services that require availability, pricing or delivery confirmation, submitting a request only starts the review process. No purchase or reservation is considered final until the applicable terms, final amount and payment method have been confirmed and any required payment has been successfully verified.

Scope and nature of the information

Kaleske's exchange-rate page is designed to provide information and calculation tools. A displayed rate or conversion result is not by itself a binding offer to buy, sell or transfer currency, an exchange service, or a guarantee that a transaction will be executed.

Kaleske does not hold itself out as a bank, credit institution, or independent payment or remittance provider. If a separate regulated financial or payment service is offered in the future, the relevant legal provider, licence or authorised partner and service-specific terms must be disclosed separately before use.

Rate source, time and changes

A rate should be accompanied by its last update time and, where relevant, an identifiable rate type or source. Rates may change during the day and stale information should not be treated as a guaranteed current rate.

An informational conversion rate may differ from a bank, exchange office, card, supplier or actual transaction rate because fees, spread, volume, payment method, timing and the transaction counterparty may affect the final amount.

Conversion tools and final transaction amount

The currency converter calculates using the displayed rate and its result alone is not a guaranteed or chargeable transaction amount.

If a Kaleske service purchase involves currency conversion, the amount, payment currency, applicable rate or conversion basis and mandatory charges must be shown before a payment obligation is created or stated in the order confirmation.

Errors and corrections

An obvious technical, data or calculation error in a displayed rate may be corrected after discovery. Kaleske will not knowingly present an incorrect rate as the actual transaction rate.

If an error relates to a paid order, its effect on that order is assessed under the confirmed terms, mandatory law and the actual payment status; correcting a page does not by itself remove the customer's legal rights.

Complaints, governing law and language

Send a complaint to [email protected] with the order or tracking number, a clear description, relevant evidence and the requested remedy. Kaleske's target is to acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days; a complex matter may take longer with notice and reasons. The laws of the Republic of Armenia govern without removing any non-waivable consumer right or other mandatory jurisdiction provided by law. If translations differ, the Armenian version controls interpretation to the extent permitted, but no language difference is interpreted to reduce a mandatory consumer right.
